Special Education Teacher (location TBD)
Start Date: July 1, 2026
Minimum Qualification:
- Possess a valid Mississippi Teaching License with a 221 or equivalent endorsement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional endorsements and willingness to obtain additional training
- Experience working with special education students
- Commitment to the development of the whole child and willingness to support diverse needs
- Commitment to the Union community and Union schools community
- Documented record of improving outcomes for students in the lowest performing subgroups
Terms of Employment: 187 days annually
Salary/Wage: Based on district certified teacher salary schedule
