Teacher (Union Elementary School)

Start Date: July 1, 2026

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Possess a valid Mississippi Teaching License with a 120 endorsement OR be on track to receive by July 2026
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education OR be on track to receive by July 2026 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional endorsements
• Experience working with elementary students
• Commitment to the development of the whole child and willingness to support diverse needs
• Commitment to the Union community and Union schools community
• Documented record of improving student achievement in all subgroups

Terms of Employment: 187 days annually

Salary/Wage: Based on district certified teacher salary schedule
